Cute little place, very comfortable. Close walking distance to most things. Had an authentic Roman charm! Michelle was very sweet and awesome. Keep in mind these buildings are very old with thin walls that’s just the way it is. Thank you!!!

The Arpinelli’s have done a fabulous job renovating the property. It is super clean and finished with the highest quality doors, windows, fixtures, flooring, etc. They have also tastefully finished the rooms with genuine antiques and family heirlooms. Great hotel that is 30 seconds from the Trevi Fountain. Very close to a grocery store, a lot of other shops and good restaurants. The staff was friendly and gave us great recommendations for food. The room was super quiet! Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Very close to the Trevi so was a bit noisy at times but otherwise a great location to be in the middle of the action

The hotel is beautiful in an excellent location at the top of the Spanish Steps and close to every attraction you can imagine but also close to metro if you need it. Susannah arranged a car from the airport and gave us information about restaurants and walking times to different locations. We were so tired when we arrived she made us coffe and checked us in as soon as she could we only had to wait about a half hour. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very clean rooms with everything you need. Staff communication is 10/10, they are super helpful and available through WhatsApp whenever you need them. They provided clear instructions on self-check in and even organized taxis for us.

Amazing hotel. Always great service. Large 525 sq ft nicely furnished rooms w/ balcony in each room. Olympic size pool and 2 smaller pools. Thank you AZAD for taking care of us at the pool.every summer we come .shuttle to Piazza del Popolo.or American embassy runs every hour on the half hour til 9 pm except 2:30 pm. Taxi back to hotel should cost you no more then 14-15 EU if you are Downtown. After 10 pm there is a 3/4 EU surcharge. This is one of the most beautiful hotels in the world but...
