Air conditioning was horribly loud, otherwise the room was big, great location, stairs are a bit of a climb given most old buildings are. We have the room next to kitchen which gives extra space for hang out.

We really like the spaciousness and character of the room. The refrigerator and sink space is nice. The location is great with the Trevi fountain nearby, lots of restaurants and shopping. It is an entertaining atmosphere on the street below. As mentioned in other reviews, this is on a very busy street and it is very loud late into the night. There are some lights that shine into the room even with shutters and curtains. There is only 1 “all purpose wash” in the shower. You may want to bring shampoo and conditioner. Overall, really enjoyed this space.

Our first trip to Rome and we were very pleased with our stay. Very kind staff and great communication with us. They allowed us to leave our bags while preparing our room which was so helpful coming straight from airport at noon. Clean and spacious room right by Trevi Fountain with great location for restaurants and taxis or hop on hop off bus.

I had a great stay at this place the maid she was awesome lady,Location location are awesome,everything are right there only step away from everything. the main entry should be more cleaner,should make more welcome,the room was clean may be a small lamb table beside the bed and ,should use international plug-in, for adults are great place,I would recommend for my friends. Overall, I would rate it a 4.5/5 (5/5 for location and staff and 4/5 for comfort). Great, centrally located place that is in walking distance to many of the major sights in Rome (Trevi Fountain a few minutes away, Pantheon, Colloseum). Because of this, it is fairly loud at night, as tourists stay in the area until well into the early morning hours, which is then when you start hearing more general city noises. It also would’ve been nice for the shades to block out more light. We stayed at another hotel very close by that was much quieter and blocked the sound, which is how I’m able to make this comparison. What really stood out for us was the staff. This was a very last minute booking for us when we unexpectedly had to spend one extra night in Rome, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating in our specific situation. The communication over WhatsApp was great, and they were always quick to respond. Just a heads up for people who may have extra difficulty with them - like many places in Rome, you have to walk up multiple flights of stairs to get to the rooms, but the stairs here were more challenging (older and steeper) than other places we have been to.

Great location!! Would stay here again!!

The location can’t be beat! It also has AC, which was a huge plus in the summer heat. We loved being so close to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps, and really felt like we had great access to so much to see and do. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
