Even received a phone call whilst en route from the airport to check that the flight was on time and if I needed any help finding the B & B. Even though it is in a lively residential area, the room was extremely quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Fresh towels and room cleaned to a very high standard every day. Just be aware that the breakfast is served seperately at the cafe below, and take a discount voucher slip from the reception area with you. O atendimento em si foi excelente, todos os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e estavam sempre dispostos a ajudar, mas infelizmente não posso dizer o mesmo da estrutura do hotel. O hotel é bem localizado, próximo do Vaticano e do Castel Sant'Angelo. Por dentro, entretanto, se mostrou antigo e desgastado, com um corredor pouco acolhedor, móveis gastos e paredes muito finas, que deixam passar muito barulho vindo dos outros quartos, além de um colchão de casal desconfortável com cobertor de solteiro.
