« Hôtel récent, bien placé et proche de toutes commodités. Le séjour n’a pas très bien commencé car on devait avoir un canapé-lit pour nos enfants : il était bien là, mais pas déplié et lit pas fait. On a donc demandé du linge de lit à l’accueil et on a fait tout ça nous-mêmes…
Chambre grande, avec une kitchenette.
Le ménage et le changement de serviettes n’est pas fait tous les jours, il faut demander. On a eu un problème dans la salle de bain ; les lumières ne s’allumaient plus, et il a fallu...

« The staff are hands down some of the nicest people we have met. The shuttle to the Mayo clinic is so convenient. The hotel is clean, friendly and as close to feeling like being at home that you could ask for.
Would stay here everytime we are in Rochester. »

« Sleep Inn staff were very helpful to me when I lost my keys and needed to get to my Mayo appointment. They, the shuttle driver and a few guests were so helpful to me to be able to just make my appointment. The quiet, cleanliness, overall room accommodations were wonderful! « My children and I were in town for a concert and we couldn’t camp another night; I called early in the morning and asked if there were any rooms that we could check into right away because we had barely slept, the woman at the front desk that day was absolutely wonderful, she waited on the phone with me to make sure my reservation came through and she assigned us a room that we could check into early. 10/10 Will definitely be back. »
