Property condition not so good as water damaged floor that felt unsafe to walk on, bath leaking, door near bed wouldn’t close, no wifi at all and we had a mattress topper as our doona/quilt which was so uncomfortable that we took it out and had just the cover on us to sleep so it got cold. Manager’s not great and nothing was fixed while we were there. Had to sit at the front door to access the restaurant’s wifi. "

"We had a very nice stay in Bari at the Tresca Charme rooms. The host Francesco was wonderful he met us outside the accommodation, carried our suitcases up the stairs and left a lovely bottle of wine. The location is amazing close to old town and not far from harbour and city centre. It was quite hot but the aircon worked well and we made use of the patio in the late evening."

"We could not have had a better host than Veronica. She is so kind, generous and responsive. She met us at the apartment and explained how everything worked. The listing was exactly as shown — bright, well equipped, with all the comforts of home, and with a fantastic terrace where we enjoyed our morning coffee.
