"This property was beautiful, we had a garden view room but they upgraded us to pool view, which also had a 180° view of the ocean. The rooms are huge and well air conditioned. Service was incredible, I have never stayed at a resort that had both poolside and beach service. We didn't have to get up at all! The buffet was mediocre, even for DR. Very small, not too many options, and the food wasn't great. The a la carte were ok, but you are only allowed 2 per stay. The entertainment was fun, the adults only side doesn't have much going on late, and we were told we couldn't access the family side of the resort (even though the site mentioned you could), that would have been an extra $560 for a 5 night trip. Not willing to pay that. Expedia also mentioned a $500 resort credit - but it's not actually a credit and just available to use for a 15% or so discount on extra amenities. So do not book this resort because of that! All in all a great relaxing trip. If you're going to party or people watch this resort is not for you, it was very quiet, which for us was a plus! "

"From the moment we arrived, Lopesan resort exceeded every expectation we had. The pristine white sand and crystal-clear turquoise water makes this place an exceptional family vacation experience. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and always eager to help. Every interaction was sincere and welcoming. The accommodations were equally impressive. Very spacious and immaculately clean. The island design and decor made it very comforting and relaxing. Dining was another standout. The resort offered a variety of à la carte restaurants, each delivering fresh, flavourfu dishes that celebrate international and local cuisine. No issues will booking reservations and had an excellent experience throughout. Whether it was a breakfast, lunch or dinner buffet, every meal had a variety of international choices and offered a selection of local Carribean dishes. There was no shortage of things to do either. Variety ofwater sports, excursions and relaxing by the pool or water park, the resort had a balance of activity and tranquility. If we wanted to unwind, the beach itself is pure paradise and never overcrowded and well maintained. The resort offers daily activities, night shows at the theatre, live music, shopping boutiques, gaming rooms and casino. All the entertainment to fulfill all of our needs. Overall, this resort delivers an unforgettable experience that combines natural beauty, top-tier service, and true relaxation. We would highly recommend it to anyone! "
