"Room was beautiful as was the view from the beach. A little disappointed with the red flag for water activities on Saturday when it was very sunny and the water looked calmer. That is a reason as to why we booked here. We love paddleboarding. There is also no shuttle to Margaritaville like their website says from 12:30pm-3:30pm. Most of the staff was very friendly and pleasant. Another part that we did not enjoy is booking the party bus mobay. They told us we would go to three different clubs, we would stay together, have our own section, and have bracelets to go to the VIP section in 2727. We were only taken to 2727 after asking when we were going to Margaritaville and their response was "its dead". They also said we would go to Taboo last but at that never happened since it was already 2/2:30am which was basically the end of the excursion. We also all split up and had trouble finding anyone that worked for them at times since they did go up to the VIP section, but we were not allowed to. That was horrible and do not recommend. However, the hotel itself was beautiful and worth it. The food was also quite good, and I enjoyed having my cappuccino every morning."
