« The staff were very helpful and very nice. The room was clean and smelled clean. If I have any complaints at all, it would be that there is not a closet, the rooms are very small, and there were no individual toiletries like hand soap, Q-tips, etc. I did not like that the lotion, soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, were all in tubes that anyone could open and contaminate for the next customer. Other than that, it was fine. »

« We stay there for more than 10 days they didn’t clean we keep telling when are they going to clean and keep saying tomorrow no toilet paper was available I have to keep clean my own room they allowed lots of teenagers smoking on the entrances the smell is terrible rooms are horrible last year it was really different very nice and clean but this year was a nightmare »

« Check in was easy. There was plenty of parking. Our room was uncomfortably warm and adjusting the thermostat did not help at all. The bathroom had urine on the toilet seat when we arrived, which makes me wonder about cleanliness beforehand. »

« Love this hotel for convenience in between Dallas and Colorado. Very clean nice beds linens towels etc. people are very nice. Just across from Big Texan. »
