Loved our stay, staff went above and beyond during check in. Room was lovely. Pool was gorgeous, though small (which only mattered because there were many people using it at the time - perhaps the Hotel can extend the open hours by 1 or 2 hours later into the evening?)

Room and location are wonderful. We had a 2 bedroom unit for 5 people. Would stay again based on those 2 things. There were 2 coffee pods supplied. I asked for more. They gave me 1 more at the front desk and said they’d send more to the room. This did not happen. Smoke detector outside room screamed for 2 hours. Calls to the desk did not result in a fix or reassurance. Staff in general appeared disinterested at best.

The confirmation process was complicated by the fact that several steps were required to finalize the contract. The room we got was not what I believed I requested but GlobalStay, the management firm would not provide any proof that I had mistakenly ordered the wrong room. Nor would they offer any option to correct the issue. The parking space that we were told to use was occupied by another vehicle. As requested by GlobalStay I provided photo evidence and a photo of where I ended up parking so GlobalStay could inform building management. They did not do so. Consequently my vehicle was ticketed for $150 dollars in fines. I would avoid GlobalStay if possible.

Our second visit to Kent Motel. We booked three nights, and had a queen bed and sitting area on the second floor. The property is even better this time than a couple years ago. Our room was roomy, very clean and comfortable. Great little spot half way between Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls. Quiet. Staff very accommodating. There is a secure shed for bicycle lockup which was important to us. A guest pantry offers free ice, water for water bottle, coffee, tea and a toaster. There is also a quaint little coffee shop... All over a wonderful experience.
