All did a great job.

The breakfast room has a lovely view and breakfast was terrific

Nice and quiet location. Convenient for family visiting

A great two night stay. I had a quiet room on the top floor. Bit of a climb up two flights of stairs so not for those who have mobility issues but it was fine for me. The room was spacious and well appointed and modern and clean. Shower was a double size and rain head shower. bed was comfortable. There was a kettle and coffee maker in the room.

This stay was sensational. It was styled to perfection and made me feel like I was staying in absolute luxury. The gorgeous little touches of the local products and produce within the apartment were amazing. I quickly headed into town to stock up on some of the most amazing local things. It is environmentally friendly, with plastic free milk. The boys were so kind, friendly and were always available for a cup of tea in possibly the best drawing room in England. Do not miss this stay. Its a great place to stay, we had a room in the new side, make sure to ask for the old hotel if that is what you desire...ours was brand new very nice stay, wish they gave guests a break on dining

Georgia welcomed us warmly and showed us our large room with a newly renovated bathroom. The Pub and grounds are beautiful and encourage relaxation. Don't hesitate - book your stay.

We had a lovely stay there with our family. The cottage we stayed in had all amenities and plenty of space. The cottage didn’t have AC but there was a fan and the staff was accommodating when we asked for a second one. The pool and facilities were well maintained and clean. The restaurant was okay for something on site. Beautiful location by the river. Friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was lovely

Needed a place to stay last minute and was lucky to find this little place. The owners were lovely and genuinely cared about our experience. Room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. Will stay again the next time I am in the area.

Very nice place to stay. Staff are excellent as is the food.

If you are looking to stay in a traditional English Pub, this is the place. Cozy rooms with great washroom facilities. Very clean and comfortable beds. Rooms are equipped with electricity outlets, wifi and tv for those needing it. The pub itself is fantastic with a very well stocked bar. The restaurant serves home cooked meals with a great selection of local produce. From this location you are pretty central to either coast and Dartmoor itself. The staff are very friendly and have a great local...
