Events for work or meetings are allowed upon request. ○ Strictly no smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes anywhere on the property ○ A $250CAD fine will be charged, if smoking with the migration of smoke or smell of smoke from our unit following by law and fine policy. ○ No shoes inside. Please remove outdoor shoes while in the home. ○ Quiet hours: 10 pm to 7 am, please be mindful of neighbors, bylaws, and basement tenants (Applicable to certain Units) ○ We do have a strict complaint policy. One complaint is a warning, the second complaint is an eviction. Keep noise under 85db, we have a noise detector. ○ (If applicable) Please exercise caution on the balcony. The place was clean, well-maintained, and spacious—perfect for our needs. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living areas were comfortable and cozy. Bedrooms had fresh linens and plenty of storage. The location was convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, yet in a quiet neighborhood.
