"This hotel is near Calgary airport so most of the guests are staying overnight for flights. We, however, were staying for a few nights. The rooms are okay and the rooftop hit tubs are fun. If I have a complaint, it would be the check in process. It takes probably 5 minutes plus to check in each guest. Since many are arriving on the shuttles, the line up at check in can be long. I stood in line for nearly half an hour. I'm not sure why it takes so long. I've stayed at many hotels...

"Enjoyed our stay at Fantasyland! Being in the mall makes this a great location to enjoy West Edmonton Mall. When we were there, one elevator didn't work which made things a bit inconvenient, but the staff were helpful in directing people appropriately. Liked our room! King size bed was very comfortable."

"House keeping did an excellent job of checking our suite daily. We had new towels, garbages changed, and beds made, all of which was greatly appreciated! "

"It was a short walk across the street to West Ed Mall, so easy access. It was clean and the free breakfast was good to get started. Pancakes, yogurt , juice, milk, coffee, cereal, toast, & boiled eggs. They were nice and offered a couple a discounted rate when they happened to mentioned they were going to the hospital. I would stay there again. "

"Good service here clean rooms, staff were super nice and very informative. Didn’t have any issues with the room. The only thing that made us a little nervous was that the staff at the front desk informed us that we have to take our belongings out of our car because break ins happen quite often in they’re parking garage."

"The rooms are spacious. This hotel is close to the casino which was nice. The roof top hot tub was nice but the tubs are small and were busy. It is close to the airport and Cross Iron Mills Mall. "

"I thought the free breakfast was cool, you can also exchange it for drinks at the bar too. They had free water in the room. Their gym has no windows, and is in the basement,so tgat wasnt great. I didnt check out the hot tub on the roof. "
