"This property was fantastic! It was clean, spacious, quiet and perfect for a ladies week-long vacation! David was great! He checked on us upon arrival to make sure everything was satisfactory and when we had a question, he was very quick to respond. As far as we are concerned everything about our stay at Tropical Winds was perfect! We would definitely recommend this property if you want to be close enough to St Augustine to enjoy the city but far enough away to relax and enjoy your downtime. Five stars all the way around!"

"We had perfect accommodations for our family and even our small dogs! It was very clean. Everything was labeled. We had all the dishes we needed and even upon leaving the property, the communication and expectations were spot on! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It truly was a home to us on our stay! "Our family takes a vacation every 2 years. There were 17 of us. 14 adults including 6 teens and 3 kids 2,4, and 13. The number of bedrooms and bed and bath set up was perfect. The boy teens had to bunk room and the girls had their bed rooms and the littles had their room and my sons and wives theirs. My sister and I each had our own. The living area was large with lots of seating just to talk and enough table seats for everyone to sit down for a meal. The balcony was large with large tables that we used for games in the evening. The pool area was lovely. Pool was warm. Lots of lounges. Lots of beach chairs and outdoor equipment. Foosball. 2 fridges 2 dishwashers , 2 laundry facilities. Kitchen was very well equipped. We couldn’t have asked for more. And when we did have a tiny issue with a fridge it was repaired that day. A perfect week for all of us. "

"2 couples. We're all from Orlando. We had the best time! My friend brought her blowup big screen and projector we had a movie night in the pool, watched Jaws...it was a vibe. The house had everything, it was perfect! We will definitely be back!! The host had good response time when we had questions. "
