"What a relaxing stay!!!! Loved where the property is located. Easy walk to beach. Nice clean and quiet neighborhood. Easy drive or bike ride to many places. The yard is fenced in. The covered deck and pool/patio area is perfect for relaxing. Fire pit and all charcoal grill. We loved it so much we extended our stay. The owner was quick to respond. E"

"10/10! We had a wonderful time! The beach was easily accessible and you could tell the home was newly remodeled, as everything in the house was clean and in great condition. It was probably a 2 minute walk from the door to the beach. Lots of space for our family of 4 and doggie. We will definitely return. Thanks for a great spring break in Florida!"

"This house was great for gathering the whole family together. Big spacious living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as five bedrooms and 3 and 1/2 bathrooms. There were also 3 deck areas where we could relax and a pool area with lots of loungers. The front deck has a nice view of the ocean and the beach access is just down the road. Last but not least, the house was very well provisioned. Lots of towels, dishes, cookware, and beach toys. It was a great house for a family beach vacation!"

"We had a great time. The house is small but very clean and in a great location. The AC wasn’t working when we first arrived but the property manager was responsive and had a technician there within an hour to fix it. I would definitely recommend to others."

"This is a lovely property in a nice community, and house is very close to everything-10 min drive to DT St Augustine. The house is very clean, has all new appliances and is decorated so tastefully. The kitchen is nice. Ample seating at the counter, but the chairs are SUPER hard. There is also a table, but the chair trim need repairs. Beds in the master/guest rooms were very comfortable and sheets soft. There are plenty of towels and extra pillows. Kitchen is well equipped with dishes, glasses,...

"The property was amazing, we loved our stay. Very nice location, close to the beach and amazing sunset and sunrise from the top balcony. Kitchen fully stocked with things to cook a good meal. Pool was great. We had a nice vacation with our three kids, their spouses and 5 grandchildren. Feedback: Bunk beds are double sized beds and couches look like they pull out but the property management staff said they are not pullout couches."
