« My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this newly constructed loft apartment. The unit was very clean and all necessary amenities were provided. The unit was built with a lot of windows so there was a lot of natural light which we appreciated. This is one of two units that sit above a yoga studio. There wasn’t any noise from the yoga studio but parking was sometimes tight depending on the class size. The beach is a 10 minute walk and downtown is an easy 15 minute drive. « Rental was through Vtrips, who required you to e-sign a rental contract but otherwise very smooth process. The pick-up and dropoff for keys and security pass was easy and nearby the property. Loved everything that was made available in the condo from blocks for our small child, kitchen and laundry needs. Space was clean and spacious. Near the beach but about 15 minute drive from the main part of St. Augustine (historic section with shops and restaurants). »
