« Check-in was easy if you follow the information sent by the host. He is very responsive to communication and attentive to the check-in process. The apartment is spacious and clean. It is in a very good area with clear signage marked for roadways. It was perfect for visiting family the area as it is just off I95 and easy to get around from its location. « The house is very clean and the Location is close to DC monuments and the White House, but the neighborhood is one in which you have to be cautious about. All in all, we had a great time.The property manager, Mr Yonas is very good at responding to questions and our every need! »

« This location is in the shaw building and is right next door to the Howard theater.
It was easy for uber/lyft to find and is convenient to get to/from the airport and other places in DC. The apartment was SPACIOUS!!! 2 bedrooms and 2 baths but the open living room/kitchen concept was nice. There was a washer/dryer and plenty of dishes to use.
Only downside - the window coverings let light through, so bring your eye mask if you wake up easily due to light.
