Very friendly staff Clean room Complimentary breakfast was basic but different every day. Complimentary coffee, tea and ice water in the lobby which was great to have on the way out each morning. Price was very reasonable for the room. Very close to Jasper but also lots to do in Hinton. We will stay again on our next trip to the mountains

Amazing hotel for the price. Room was very clean, felt very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

My chihuahua's and I really enjoyed our stay. Mean margarita's!

The hotel was clean and the staff were great.

Very clean, new and comfortable. Close to the miette hot springs.

Nice and comfortable

Nice Clean pool and hot tub. My son daughter loved the waterslide! Staff was very friendly That has not been my experience at other hotels Unfortunately. Overall clean And comfortable beds and pillows. Appreciated the smart TV also. Definitely would stay at this hotel again !! This hotel is truly amazing! It’s impeccably clean and incredibly comfy. I’m already planning my next visit because I had such a fantastic experience here. The atmosphere is just perfect. I can’t wait to come back and...

Great facility. No restaurant open during the winter however.

We arrived and realized I booked the room for 2 night not 1, The young man was so understanding and called Expedia to cancel the 2nd day. Not too many would do this and I was very appreciative. I would definitely stay again if I travel this way in the future 😊😊😊

This is an absolutely stunning property. Beautiful views of the mountains and the Athabasca river valley rooms and common areas are beautiful the beds are comfortable. And just a short drive to Hinton, Jasper, and William Switzer provincial park.

This is my go to place to stay every time I’m in town. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The beds are super comfortable. The best part is the hot breakfast!!!

Situated near highway, a bit noisy. Convenient to shops, fast food outlets etc. Leaving next day, very convenient.

The property was well kept, with close amenities and a stunning view. Its a great location to watch trains, close to a boardwalk trail and a short drive to the mountains. I would stay here again.

Overnight stay. Clean, friendly staff. Good restaurant attached

Everything was fine. Excellent breakfast good price leave the thermos of coffee with you

An excellent hotel for families!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast had a great variety, and the location was perfect close to everything I needed. I’ll definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
