"There were multiple issues with our first two rooms but they took care of us and upgraded our room. They were very nice about our towel refreshments and constantly were greeting us as we arrived and left the hotel. Thank you for your hospitality Whitehall!"

"So amazing we booked a Christmas trip while we were there! The only thing we could say negatively was the pillows were very uncomfortable and when we called for additional or firmer pillows there were none available. But the rest of the experience was so good we’ll try to bring our own pillows next time."
