La chambre était confortable avec une super vue sur la vallée. Le personnel autre que la receptioniste a nôtre depart étaient courtois. Les cartes d entrée pour accéder a nôtres chambre étais défectueuse. Donc moi et ms soeur incapable de rentrer dans notres chambre Il avait plus de personnel a la reception Nous étions en pyjama et pantoufles. Après 40 min enfin la carte magnitique a fonctionné. Le lendemain a nôtre départ je suis aller discuter de cette situation qui a été pénible pour nous à la réceptionniste qui a eu aucune compassion pour nous et sans comprehension . Elle rejetait le blâme sur nous ...disant vous aurriez dû regarder dans la porte d entrée il a un numéro d urgence Le soir on voit rien Donc pour se qui est de cette dame Un petit cours en service a la clientèle serait pas de trop pour elle."
