"The tv;s were not an easy thing to figure out. The ac wasn’t running quite right. I had my feet on what i thought was a foot rest because it was so low and got chastised by the receptionist for it.its not a 5 star hotel by any means."

"First check in was good but the room poor shower flow and toilet did not flush had to have maintence to fix both then sink drain came undone that I fixed my self. NOT ONCE BUT TWICE HOUSEKEEPING CAME INTO MY ROOM ANOUNCED THEMSELVES WHEN I HAD A DO NOT DISTURB OUT THEY IGNORED IT WHICH IS ILLEGAL!!!!!!!!!!! IF I WAS'T IN THE ROOM THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN IN MY ROOM WITHOUT PERMISSION TO DO WHATEVER THEY WANTED OR TO STEAL,. INFORMED THE MANAGEMENT THEY WERE GOING TO REFUND ME A NIGHTS STAY I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANYTHING BUT I WILL ALERT THE PROPER AUTHORITIES ALONG WITH THE OWNERS OF THE HOTEL."

"This is the most perfect hotel I have ever been to, and I travel A LOT. Location is close to everything, in the vibrant upscale Brickell part of Miami, incredible room service, stunning pool, housekeeping and turndown service was an 11/10. The only downside is I don’t know how I will be able to stay anywhere else but Four Seasons in the future. Thank you for the incredible service and memories! I will be back as soon as possible. "

"The room was sparse. Furniture a little worn and on the cheap side. Bathroom needs updating. No extra blanket, no robe, no shower cap or mouthwash, mini bar was a chocolate bar and my room was missing it. For $858 a night an extra towel or shower cap would have been nice. No room service in the hotel and the restaurant only had a small cold buffet for breakfast the next morning. Very disappointing."
