\- All guests must choose either a refundable $1,000 security deposit or a $50 non-refundable damage waiver (covers accidental damages up to $500) before check-in. Exclusions apply; see House Rules for full details.  
  
\- Pool Access: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available Friday–Sunday only (no weekday access).  
  
\- Façade Repairs: Starting July 1st, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked. Expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.  
  
\- Late Check-In Penalty: Check-ins before 11:00 AM or after 9:00 PM incur a $90 penalty due to limited on-site staff availability during those hours.  
  
This is not an early check-in upgrade, it applies only when arrival happens outside standard check-in window.  
  
\- Luggage Store: To make your arrival and departure easier, we offer preferred pricing with Bounce, a secure luggage storage service located just a 4-minute walk from the building, ideal for early arrivals or late departures.  
  
Note: Bounce does not operate 24/7 and has specific opening hours. Please keep this in mind when planning drop-off or pick-up.

Place was nice. The apartment was clean and functional. The tile floor had cracks in it but clean. My BIGGEST complaint is that I had to accompany my 17 and 16 year old kids to pool, spa and gym. They cannot go unaccompanied which is a huge inconvenience. For this reason I would not go back.

Not as described. Sad and deteriorated apartment. Needs rehab and deep cleaning. Afraid to sit on furniture as it was stained and falling down to the floor. Shower was no bueno. Sorry to give a negative review but they should not be charging money for this rental.

I slept comfortably, the lady that got me in the building was pleasant, the bed was comfortable. Both TVs work, not sure why they didn't for some people.All in all it was a great stay!

#### Just ok. 

This property was not as nice. Could use a new couch and a few touches could be fixed. A lot of the electrical plugs didn’t work. The bedroom tv didn’t work and no one came to fix it. The view was nice and construction near by did not affect how quiet the surroundings are. But I would definitely book again in this building and the hosts are great.

#### The View!!!! It Was Cool

The View was absolutely amazing. Communication and Check in was very easy. Thanks Kat. I would have given 5 stars across the board however the bed itself is in need of an upgrade.

The pictures don’t do this property any justice it’s amazing. Quick check in and everything you need is there. Even got a complimentary bottle of wine. This is gonna be my go to spot when I return to Miami

I had a wonderful time at Icon Brickell! I highly recommend it!! There is so many things to do walking distance! Love the pool, gym, spa! Communication was excellent! Very responsive! Thanks for the amazing time!

The property was a great location for a getaway weekend. Close to the mall, and many restaurants. The amenities, pool, and gym were very luxurious with professional staff.

The overall experience is fantastic. Included access to W Hotels amenities is a major highlight. Pool area is stunning, with towel and bed cover service. The location is very central in the Brickell area and conveniently close to the ferry service to South Beach. It is walking distance to a lot of dining options and for groceries deliveries from a nearby Publix worked smoothly. Both arrival, check-in and communication worked very well.

#### Perfect weekend getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was excellent and the amenities were beautiful. The rental was clean, spacious. It was perfectly stocked with all the things you would need on your stay. There was even a bottle of wine waiting for us when we got there! I was so pleased with the communication leading up to our stay from the property owners. They responded to emails quickly and answered any questions and concerns I had. The property managers were also there to answer any questions we had on site during our stay. Our rental was ready early and check in was super easy. We would definitely stay here again.
