Absolutely incredible stay! This high-rise in Miami exceeded all expectations. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the heart of Brickell, with tons of amazing restaurants, cafés, and shops right outside the door.The views were stunning, both day and night, and the unit itself was spotless and **fully stocked** with everything we needed, which made the stay feel effortless and comfortable from the moment we arrived.Valet parking was extremely convenient and seamless, a huge plus in Miami. One of the highlights was the rooftop restaurant, **Tulum**—the food, ambiance, and views were all top-tier and made for an unforgettable experience.We also felt very safe the entire time. The building’s security is excellent, with elevators that only allow access to your specific floor via key fob, which gave us great peace of mind.The host went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, she was extremely friendly and responded fast to all of our questions.Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a luxury, stress-free stay in Brickell. We would absolutely stay here again!

The photos didn't do it justice. The view was amazing. We stayed all of 3 nights and enjoyed every minute. Parking was a bit of a hassle as you had to pay Valet for each trip you took your car. So we ended up calling uber. Otherwise it was great. Will definitely bookmark and stay again.

This property is absolutely amazing. The pictures does not give this property justice. It was far better than we imagined. I was truly impress with the check-in process. Francisco was available and provided a smooth transition to get us on board for the week of our stay. We had a small issue with the door lock but they had maintenance come up and fixed it expeditiously. We are so happy with our stay and if they will have us again we would definitely stay here anytime we are in Miami.

I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed ourselves from the minute we checked in we walked in and the manager was waiting for us to take us up to our room showed us everything went over. Everything with us literally stayed late till we got there so she could check us in, we unplugged the Wi-Fi the first night on accident and I called in the morning they sent somebody right up. The room was unbelievable. The view was the best I’ve ever seen. My wife was so happy for her birthday. Our friends that were with us couldn’t believe how nice it was , everything was so perfect. We literally are going to go back every year five star.

Experience the City of Brickell
The rental was clean and offered a nice view. It’s centrally located — right in the heart of a mall area with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Bayside is also nearby for excursions, which was convenient, although the area is very busy with traffic.We spent most of our time out and about doing different activities and shopping, so the location worked well for that. However, communication with the host was poor. Responses were very slow, and there was a lack of helpful or reassuring information — not ideal if you’re someone who likes to plan ahead or needs clear guidance.Parking was another challenge, especially with a larger vehicle like an Escalade. There wasn’t any dedicated space, but we eventually found a garage within walking distance.Overall, the stay was fine for our needs, but better communication and parking support would’ve made a big difference.

I can’t say enough things to describe the fabulous time we had. The apartment was super clean and looks just like the photo. The building is very secure and smells A-Mazing! Communication was a 10 out of 10. There were a few maintenance requests but they were tended to PROMPTLY. The management even assisted maintenance upon entry of our apartment to maintain a secure environment. The grounds are lovely…amenities a plus! Go to the on-site spa! My second time working with Silvia and Natalie and they are very caring, professional and accommodating. They will see me every year! Thanks for another great birthday getaway! - Angela

The property had a fantastic view, and beds pretty comfortable. However, not worth the total cost, check in process cumbersome, long valet wait, bathroom showers could use a good cleaning and no stock in kitchen with anything. Not even coffee for the morning! Given the location to easily get these things, the price per night and extra fees would warrant having included niceties (or necessities for some lol) like this.
Also, cleaning people showed up before our check out time. Did not like feeling rushed. Overall ok but definitely not a good value.

Well Worth It!!
The location of the property is ideal. Only 15-20 minutes from the airport, right off the highway, and in the heart of downtown Brickell. At first you are surrounded by yachts and fancy cars, but then you begin to feel special just to be there. Plenty of nice restaurants all around, easy access to the waterways, and the Brickell Center maybe 1 mile away speaks for itself.
The unit is in great condition with all of the amenities that you need to be comfortable. There is a fully equipped kitchen with multiple gadgets and top-notch appliances. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The views are miraculous and breathtaking at nighttime under the city lights. Even the blinds are remote controlled for privacy.
My only takeaway has nothing to do with the unit. The property amenities are beautiful with full access to the W hotel, but getting the id cards could be a little smoother, but nothing that the owners can control.
Overall, I cannot wait to be back here again....even the valets were extremely helpful.

Horrible High-rise
We didn’t feel at all welcome, it was very busy and intimidating. Tha rep was very helpful but had to rush off for her next booking . The apartment was spacious and comfortable, the welcome pack was 4 small bottles of water, a bottle of wine, tea, coffee and 6 small pot of milk, very basic. Our pass tags stopped working after 24 hours and we had to find security in the basement for them to be reprogrammed. There is no facility for left baggage our flight was 11hours after check out. Local storage facilities were not accessible due to road closures for city event, we ended up using Uber to the airport and them back to the city. Overall a bad experience Miami isn’t for us.

La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear , sobre todo los baños , falta de mantenimiento , pintura y de más !
Creo que deberían tenerlo en mejores condiciones por el precio que cobran
Sin contar que el parking me han cobrado 35 dólares y este parking mismo cobraban 15 dólares , increíble
