The convenience of an on-site restaurant with a room service option is very helpful. All of the staff are super friendly and accommodating. Many of the units have views of stunning sunsets over Biscayne Bay. The hotel is also conveniently located with easy access to the interstate.

The gym was huge and had lots of equipment. The pool wasn’t inviting because of the construction next door (I was warned, not unhappy, just a note). I was in the top floor and the elevator call button was out for 2 days. (I just used the freight elevator). The staff were good. The restaurant/cafe was without customers. The room huge and comfortable, but updated over a decade ago.
