Brickell Vacation Packages

The "condo" we had was beat up. The door handle to the bathroom was broken. There was a nail sticking up from the saddle between the bathroom and the bedroom. The pillow cases were the wrong size, so the end of the pillows stuck out. And it wasn't clear when I made the reservation that it was a condo. So there was no daily cleaning (I was there for 3 nights), I couldn't order room service or put the breakfast on my room tab. This Conrad is a good hotel - I've stayed there before several times - but this condo was not at that level of quality at all. Conrad needs to do a better job at quality control here.

The property is beautifully renovated. Clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms. The staff was very helpful. Travis was helpful when we hadn't received towels. Sammy and the lady(not his wife) were great host. The location is perfect for beach and food. Everything within walking distance. There is a problem with loud music outside the rooms from other guest along with smoking weed. This goes on all night. The bar next door is open until 4am every night. We were more bothered by the other guests then the bar. Would recommend even with the issues we had due to location. I would stay again.

No glass plate In the microwave, no towels I call to front desk and they never bring towels I stay there for 3 nights , dish washer and washer didn’t work and the situation with the towels was in general in the whole building every body who stay there was having the same problem . Now front desk is not responsable for nothing except the towels that they never bring .

It was beach front and close to everything. Extra fees like, parking and parking tag, room key..not cool. Every place gives a key for free an on site parking. VERY disorganized. I still have no idea what’s the role of the person that was waiting for me. Office closes at 5!!! We were in line to get the key before 5pm, but there was a large group ahead of us. Yet, they still closed at 5pm and we had to wait until the next day for our key- I consider that very rude, specially we were there in line. There was an extra blanket in the closet which we grab to cover, but it smelled and it was full of hair. The kitchen was nice.

Everything was very nice and clean
