Spend your days walking along the Birdwalk Coastal Access Trail, playing in the sand at Salmon Creek State Beach, practicing your swing at The Links at Bodega Harbor, and taking stunning photos at Horseshoe Cove Overlook.

Back at your stay, indulge in pure comfort and continued water views. The Pelican Penthouse boasts an open-concept interior with comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, a wood-burning fireplace, and a gleaming full kitchen. The chef of your group will appreciate the kitchen's ample meal prep space and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. This space boasts two airy bedrooms and a sizable bathroom.

Inside The Casita, you'll discover a bohemian ambiance, shrouded in natural lighting. The Casita's kitchenette is well-stocked with all of the necessities. Prepare your morning ritual cup of coffee before enjoying it in the sunroom or at the breakfast bar, and get ready for each day with ease in the sizable bathroom.

As night falls over the waves, gather on the wrap-around balcony where you can grill, dine al fresco, and visit with the people who mean the most to you.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.
The homeowner occasionally lives on-site in the downstairs separate unit.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
