"I never stayed there I called to cancel my reservation while traveling on 95 north because we wanted to go father north right after i made it. The phone number on the reservation desk was out of order, the other number to the manager i left a voicemail no one called me back They really don’t care about customers! Called several times… now with my Credit card company"

It must have been a luxury hotel years ago, but it could use more updates, such as USB charging ports, reducing the constant noise from the elevators for rooms located near them, and better sound insulation from people talking downstairs if you are on the second floor."

"Our family needed a comfortable “home away from home” while being near downtown for sightseeing. This property was perfect! Everything was beautiful, comfortable, and conveniently located. We loved the fully stocked kitchen so we could prepare meals at home, having two bathrooms was very helpful, and it was wonderful to have private parking right on the property after a long day of sightseeing. Communication with Erin was always prompt and gracious. We hope to visit again."

"This clean modern updated unit is located in a building that has seven flights of stairs to penthouse one. We were four active, senior citizen ladies. The difficulty in carrying our luggage upstairs was only relieved by a good Samaritan temporarily staying in the building. We had a full week of activities planned, and going up and down the stairs was quite the challenge. The small green space could use some attention as it was quite trashy as we walked to the retail & restaurants. The owner was non-responsive to our request for top sheets and towels. One of the small bedrooms had a door leading to the rooftop patio. We were not able to enjoy that space as it had not been cleaned and was not inviting for use. Additionally, the exterior door that led to the outside patio did not have a lock on it. We used our luggage & the cable from my iPad to secure the doors, but we did not feel completely safe. We do believe that someone accessed our unit while we were away, but nothing was taken. The supposedly ‘fully stocked’ kitchen had very limited glassware or silverware, & what was available looked like it was purchased from a dollar store. Considering the cost, we certainly expected better accommodations, quality, use of the rooftop patio and a promise of security. It was disappointing to not receive a response to our request, but quite a surprise to have the cleaning lady waiting as we exited the unit. Surely she could have brought sheets and towels.Now I will be suspect of reviews"

"A great place for a short stay. I was in town for a conference and this location was only a short ride from a lot of D.C. sites and shops. The only thing that I couldnt get past was the amount of flies and gnats that I had to battle at the entrance where the room was located."
