We very much enjoyed our stay. It is not really a place for children but nice and quiet for adults. The hotel is elegant, clean and has a gorgeous pool with beautiful surroundings. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. Not close to the beach but this is why the price is reasonable. We would definitely return.

Breakfast staff was amazing. There is a particular staff, she was helpful and attentive and says "Have a blessed day" which starts the day right. Our tub needs a little bit of fixing up in the both rooms. But the hotel is quite and lovely. Location is closeby to Clearwater Beach. We enjoyed our stay, we would definitely come back in the future.

Clean room, great service

David and company were fantastic as always..this was our second visit this year and we will 100 percent be back in the spring for spring training baseball. Super clean and super friendly!

The location was great near the beach, dining and shopping options. It was easy to get to as well. Laundry facilities were easy to use. Pool appeared nice but not used. Rooms were spacious and nicely done, ours contained a private patio with table and seats. The staff were amazing quickly resolving issues. Overnight clerk Mariah was outstanding! TV channel remote was a little strange. Will definitely return!

Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach exceeded our expectations! Gorgeous beachfront views, modern and comfortable rooms, and friendly staff made our stay perfect. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach with great dining nearby. The food and drinks at the hotel are tasty but quite expensive, with a hefty service charge added. Parking is also pricey. Still, it’s a fantastic place to relax and enjoy Clearwater!

Spent a week here with my two adult daughters on reading week. Weather was cool but so quiet and peaceful at this hotel, beautiful beach, nice clean pool,, lovely room and very safe place to go for walks and spent time outdoors. easy to get around, close to grocery store as our room had a full kitchen. would defnitely go here again. The owners clearly care about their hotel and their customers.

Great

Experience was top notch here from the second we arrived. They checked us in and gave us a room hours early, letting us enjoy the day at the beach. Our waiterJames at the Shor restaurant was phenomenal. He helped our kids create a pancake breakfast that wasnt on the menu without hesitation and genuinely seemed to have fun doing it. This hotel should teach a class on customer service.

Beautifully situated with views of water from every angle. Great value & customer service. Breakfast was wonderful too!

Staff exceptional friendly Place was super clean

This is a great place, super clean, great breakfast and always stocked, nice variety of hot food and cereal as well as toast and yogurt, heated pool is great restaurants close by, we'll be back

This is our second year staying in this hotel. The bed was just like ours at home, the breakfast was great and the location next to the trail is icing on the cake. A very favorable week spent in Dunedin. Thank you!

Amazingly friendly and helpful Staff (Check in Brett), Tammy (GM) and Tara. Always looking to elevate your experience and extraordinarily accommodating. The property itself needs some sprucing up but is in an amazing location with private beachfront and beautiful panoramic views of open water, sunsets, tourboats and the occasional dolphin sighting in the distance. This was my second stay and outs

While the resort is geared toward adults, my two young kids had a great time. The pool was warm, the beach access was easy (along with the de-sanding after). Really appreciated the kitchenette. But the live music was the highlight - as an avid concert-goer, it really made the experience more fun and relaxing for me and my kids were tearing up the dance floor in the evening.

Delightful stay from the moment I walked in. Courtesy front desk and breakfast was excellent.

First time staying in the area, the hotel was located close to everything that we needed, the staff were helpful, and attentive to our needs. We were surprised at how quiet it was, but were assured that it did get busier later in the season. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location and enjoyed the breakfast included. The hotel was clean and staff were always helpful

We stayed here for 4 nights in March 2026. The location is absolutely fantastic - steps away from beautiful downtown Dunedin. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, modern and spacious. We’ve stayed in several places around Dunedin and this was definitely my favourite thus far. Keep up the great work!
