"We could not have had a better experience staying at Gregg's "beachhaus"! The place was exactly as advertised - clean, comfy, 5-min walk to the beach (if that). Everything needed for a beach vacation was available: towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys for the kids, and a wagon to haul it all. Gregg was super responsive to our questions and made sure we had everything we needed for a great week at the beach. The bar across the street, Mahuffer's, has live music and was a great way to wind down for the night. You're steps away from some great restaurants and a short drive to even more places to eat, breweries, mini golf, and more. We already can't wait to go back next spring break! "This place was nice and clean. The host was very accommodating! The basket full of treats was a nice surprise! We went to Smugglers Knotch and feed the alligators. Great location!"

"Parking was provided and easy to access. The condo provided beach towels and coolers which is always nice to have available. The kitchen provided ample dishes and glassware as well as pots and pans however the pots and pans needed to be cleaned/scrubbed prior to use. The cleaning crew may lack some training in cleanliness as the floors were dirty and we needed to wear socks to keep our feet clean. Also they should have alerted the manager that the front bathroom sink did not drain properly and the toilet would run ever few minutes obviously needing repair. Also a suggestion to have blackout curtains in the bedrooms would be a plus!"

"Heated pool was great! Had a couple cold days over spring break but kids could still swim in the warm pool. Great location not far from restaurants and easy short walk to beach."

"Whole week was nothing but noise starting at 8am. Building under construction. Pool closed and only open on weekends. Listing doesn’t state that. Balcony was blocked off. Listing stated that. Which wasn’t a big deal to us. Fees were ridiculous. Way too much for the noise and inconveniences. If you’re looking to relax, this is not the unit for you. Condo itself had everything needed to cook and enjoy the week. WiFi wasn’t great but worked. This unit needs to be more like 100.00 a night until it’s all up and running and quiet again. Suggestion to put bathroom by the pool bc I can assure you kids aren’t going up to the 7th floor to pee, when they can just do it in the pool. Not one kid exited the pool for the restroom. Probably more likely if they had one poolside. As an adult, I felt it inconvenient to have to go upstairs everytime I had to pee. Imagine how kids would feel. "
