"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. We felt really safe and the service from start to finish at valet, checkin, etc. was amazing. The views are awesome of the city skyline and also mountainous valley. This is an ideal location in downtown Phoenix right across from Symphony Hall and the Convention Center. The restaurant downstairs with indoor/outdoor bar has EXCELLENT service, food and drinks, for a hotel and is not overpriced. The rooms are spacious and bed and pillows were super comfy! Definitely staying here again."

We had a tough flight getting into Phoenix and the hotel manager was so kind and upgraded our room and comped our parking, which immediately lifted our spirits. Our room was gorgeous and the golf course, spa and fitness center were top notch. We will definitely be back!! "
