However, having booked the top floor apartment specifically for seaviews, the owner contacted us just days before our arrival to say that he had double booked us. "This apartment is actually part of a hotel, Les Arbousiers. It is as advertised, except the air conditioning (a wall unit) does not effectively cool the bedrooms. Very hot to sleep at night. It’s very close to the beach and shops, and the hotel front desk concierge, Guillien, was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful. He even made us a lunch reservation.
