Gwen is lovely and very helpful with great info on local restaurants and events and even provided kettle corn! We were in town for a college visit at St.Boneventure and this was a quick 30 min drive for us. Cozy home that was clean, and easy to access. The shower and bathroom set up for a tiny house was beautiful. Only suggestion would be the TV set up is a little small and awkward and I feel there is room for a larger bed in the loft area. It was very clean, quiet and so much better than a motel. There is a nice big shower, full size refrigerator, small stove, free Wifi, TV, etc. The only challenging thing for us not so young folks was climbing the ladders to the loft areas but the beds were comfy and spacious.
