Chadlou's uses Dave's Ice Cream (a local company based in Waimanalo with several locations over the island of O'ahu). You can select whichever type of cookie you'd like from what they have available (we chose chocolate chip) and they make your very own custom ice cream cookie sandwich. Brilliant!
