"I was On time for my check in. , But we have to wait till 4 pm ..and the check in they charge $150 pesos. And we ask why if everything veas paid first they said was for cleaning and when we do our check out we ask the administrator person why is being charge and he said that was a tip for all the employees .. I do tip the lady for cleaning room. But for the rest I don’t understand the hotel is not an all inclusive anyway it wasn’t that much just I don’t like when they do thinks like this ….the experience in the hotel was good no complaints everything is close to us."

"Property is beautiful and in a great location to get to the Malecón. The complementary breakfast only had a few options: bread, cantaloupe, yogurt and coffee. Unfortunately there is a lot of construction going on all around the building so you will hear loud noises during working hours. The bedrooms have air conditioning which is necessary in April heat! Overall, a great price for a wonderful place."

"Rooms are very dated and old. Beds are old and uncomfortable. Beach staff were great, and amenities were great. Amazing location, but noise in hallways was significant due to older doors. I got a good deal on this place which matched quality, but if I had paid full price it would have been a disappointment. Will definitely consider again!"

"We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is small and quiet. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We were lucky to have a jacuzzi installed while there and used it a few times. Very clean plus the coffee was delicious. We had problems with our AC the last 2 nights we were there but the staff quickly offered us a new room to sleep in. The cleaning staff always left our room super clean. The only thing I wish we had was a small refrigerator in our room. The stairs are a great way to get your exercise in💪we struggled the first 2 days then we got used to it. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Run…DO NOT WALK away from this Hotel! I took a chance on this property, payed extra for the Jet Tub and bottle of wine. No wine. No big deal. 1st thing I do is draw a bath, fills no more than 2 inches with both hot (warm) AND cold water on full blast. I called the Desk and a Maintenance person came, looked at the tub, looked me in the eye and gaslit me saying that 1.) the water was hot (it wasn’t) and that it was filling just fine (2inches in about 30min of running). To prove that there was hot water. The same guy…again…looks me directly in the eyes and turns on my sink. Well, the drain breaks free under the sink and sprays water in every direction & floods this already useless bathroom. The front desk LIES to H.com and said that 1.) the bath tub was functional even AFTER she witnessed it not filling. Then tells H.com that I flooded the room myself!! They called me a Liar AND a Vandal! They refused to move me to a functional room…“Manager’s decision” Ive no sink nor bath I have video/picture evidence (in real time of both issues) that H.com was not very happy to see. They realized this property LIED to them too. Always take video evidence, this property lied and almost got away with it! My question is why did H.com not believe their own STATUS Customer!!!??? A response would be appreciated!!!! I left 1st thing next morning and found my own accommodations. H.com gave NO support! H.com apparently finally looked at my video evidence and it is actually NOW an issue. Now!?"

"Pictures very generous compared to reality. Even with all-inclusive option they fail to mention that there is no food or beverage services on site and one must go to another property a block or so away. Otherwise, quiet and acceptable"
