"Lovely stay at Bailbrook House! The hotel is stunning and the room service breakfast was great. Special shout out to Lauren, who helped us with any enquiry and booked us a taxi into town."
"Our room was lovely, very spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well stocked. It was very quiet at night too, no banging doors, although not sure if it was because the hotel itself was quiet. The only negative was that the room was incredibly hot at night. We had to have the windows open quite wide overnight. "

My teenage daughter loved the high bed in the single bedroom. It's quite a walk into town but we didn't mind...buses are frequent. The garden, although nice to have, felt a little bit neglected. "I stayed here in November with my partner, the staff went above expectations to make sure our stay was special after informing them that the trip was for a special occasion. The room was clean and characterful and the location was ideal for walks into the city centre and Christmas market. We will definitely be making this an annual tradition! "
"First rate hotel with a unique experience in being able to enjoy the “waters” of Bath within the hotel. Very conveniently located. The air conditioning in the room did not sufficiently cool the room on the 22C days we were there, but the windows opened, which helped."
