"Beautiful Balboa beach location! The three bedrooms were spacious and great for our family of six. Restaurants and the pier were only 2 minutes’ walk away. The ferry to Balboa Island was right across the street. The only drawback was the small garage (difficult to park our large SUV). We would definitely stay here again."

The shower filled up so quickly, I was standing in a “bath” of water and after it took forever for the water to go down. Also, there was no extra blanket in the room, we had to ask for a blanket. "
