"Everything in and about the property was as advertised. The place was wonderful and had everything. Just perfect for our family and our Newport events. We walked to everything. What we couldn’t we biked. It made for a wonderful trip. We have recommended to others, and will ask to stay here again. The host was incredible, even personally helped us with the booking with VRBO so everything was as advertised."

"Beautiful Balboa beach location! The three bedrooms were spacious and great for our family of six. Restaurants and the pier were only 2 minutes’ walk away. The ferry to Balboa Island was right across the street. The only drawback was the small garage (difficult to park our large SUV). We would definitely stay here again."

The home was so cozy, the extra blankets made us feel right at home. We felt like we were staying at a friend’s house. The host had everything extremely clean and fresh smelling. "

"Place was ok. The plumbing in the shower and bathroom sink in our room had issues. The water would it go down. The shower filled up so quickly, I was standing in a “bath” of water and after it took forever for the water to go down. Also, there was no extra blanket in the room, we had to ask for a blanket. "

"I book thru VRBO and it was easy To do but to do check in it was a hassle having to go to the office and given different instructions! I have nothing bad to say about the location and stay, we when on a family trip and my kiddos enjoy having the beach front gateway has no words!!!"

"Great house! Great location! Beach is right outside the back door and the city keeps it very clean. Overnight paid parking is just a few houses down, but we were actually able to fit our SUV in the carport. "
