I stay here a lot when travelling to NB and usually have a great experience, however the cleanliness and upkeep of my Jacuzzi suite was disturbing as I found multiple long black hairs in several areas in the Jacuzzi and bathroom and the top corner of the tub ledge looked as if someone was shedding their pubic hair. Absolutely disgusting, and hard to miss which makes me wonder if the room was even wiped down. Along with a variety of holes in drywall with sunken in patchwork, this definiely fell short of my expectations and made it difficult settling in for the night not knowing what was clean or not. The jacuzzi also turned on by itself randomly at about 2am, waking me up as it was very loud. Staff were very friendly, but I may be rethinking future stays.

Everything was clean and staff were helpful. Included breakfast was good.

I did not have a great stay or easy check in . I did do it ahead online to make things quicker . My room was supposed to be two queen size beds, I got 1 king . They did get my room straightened out after several attempts. The fridge was not cold and had the dial broken off there fore I couldn't adjust the temperature. I had to ask for it to be fixed. It was still not cold for food items. The property was unkept looking outside. Very long grass .

My flight was canceled. Did not get to stay. could not get a refund. Will not use expedia again.
