There was no elevator so the desk clerk helped us up with our suitcase. That was the only positive part. The room was not even close to what I booked. And they were full so no chance to get another room. The tv remote didn’t work and they could not take a remote from anywhere else so we had to get up and down to change volume etc. the bed was ok. Hard but ok. Then we went for breakfast In the morning and wow what a shock. No coffee on. Had to boil a kettle and use instant coffee. Some bread on hand but no jam. And oh wait. No plates or utensils on hand and no one to assist so we left and went to Tim Hortons. Not impressed with this location. Not worth the money either. Won’t be back there
