Chatellerault Place Tours and Activities

We stayed here because I read the reviews. The staff were great. Very nice and helpful. The rooms were not on the clean side. The baseboards in the washrooms were disgusting. Dirt everywhere. It needs a total renovation. The air conditioner was very noisy, kept us up most of the night. The restaurant attached was very good. Food was awesome.

The lobby and dining is very clean and updated however our room was filthy. Grout in the bathroom was missing and tiles were shifting as you walked on them, pulled back the bed sheets and found blonde clump of hair- I’m not a blonde. We will not be using this hotel again overall cleanliness wasn’t there.

We spent an amazing time there and will come back pretty soon :-)
