Find hotels in Aviation/Century Station, CA from CA $128

"I contacted the hotel a few days before our stay. We were getting off a cruise ship, in the morning, and inquired about an early check in. The response was "yes, as long as we have rooms available, you can check in early". No mention of the $75 fee for early check in (11 AM). It was either pay it, or sit in their lobby for 5 hours with all our luggage. We checked out 6 hours early, at 5 AM, because we had an early flight. How about giving me my $75 back. We used the room for less time then had we checked in at 4 pm and checked out at 11. And what's with no coffee available in the lobby? Never been to a hotel anywhere that didn't have it. The facility was nice, but the atmosphere was less than pleasant. I wouldn't come back."

"Breakfast isn’t included unfortunately but the hotel has so many good food options around it. Check in & check out was easy. The workers were nice. Was an incident where a housekeeper had attempted to come in around 9:30am without knocking. I had the latch on thankfully but it was surprising. "

"nothing said you had to pay for wifi on the website it said complimentary, parking price was ridiculous high at 66 dollars. The tv in my room would not allow me to stream kept saying unable to connect to internet and no one came to fix it."

"Was a nice hotel stay, convenient due to proximity to the airport. The only annoying thing is that the shuttle bus is meant to be every 30 minutes, but I waited 45"

"So flight was cancelled next flight out was a day later; so I called Expedia they tried to refund the money but radio-silence from management. I can understands if someone cancels but the fact that we were forced to miss that reservation due to issues out of our control and management without compassion or understanding shows that once they have your money they really don’t care is something quite telling."
