« We’ve been going to the mountain for 47 years. This by far was the best place to stay very easy access; air was cooled up on top my shirt mountain and the company has a beautiful pool, hot tub and sauna I would recommend this place exponentially more than any other place »

« Overall, my son and I had a great stay! He loved having a cozy little sleep spot in the kid bunks, and I loved having a fabulous view along with not having to drag linens and towels with us. Communication with hosts was easy; we were able to add another adult to our reservation with no issues.My only real.complaint is the living room seating. The listing shows a normal comfy couch but the couch in the room wasn't a real couch. It was some kind of pull out bed that didn't even have a back and...

« Easy access, felt like home upon entry. Beautiful decor. Furniture was comfortable. Very close to pool access. Steam and sauna at the pool. All the other guest and residents we met were very friendly. Saw many deer that came within 10 ft of us. I will definitely return. I was able to unwind and get some R&R. My only regret is it was too short of a trip. »

« Enjoyed Memorial Day weekend in Sugar Mountain and Banner Elk. The beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean. The gas fireplace is a cozy addition and the large deck was a nice place to relax and enjoy the view. Very quiet, relaxing time! »

« Checking in was super easy, informative emails were sent prior to arrival. The location was great but not ski in ski out. There was a decent walk to the slope but honestly it wasn’t bad. Our group made the walk 2 of the 3 days. It was a cozy place and very enjoyable. Saturday’s are packed on the slopes but sundays were great both day and night time skiing. »

« Great break from the heat. Owners communicated well. We had check in information several days ahead. Loved the visitors - deer, chipmunks, hummingbirds. »

« This place was clean, in a great location and as described. The check in & check out were easy and clearly communicated. The host was very communicative throughout our stay. The bed, blankets, and pillows were all comfortable. It was a huge help to have the box fan in the room to help with air flow as the upstairs can get warm. We were here in July though, so as expected. Would highly recommend to anyone and we hope to return. »
