The hotel looked very nice, and the room was clean. We did not get to visit any other section of the hotel other than the room.

The staff was very courteous and accommodating. Considering the rate daily rate, everything should be in working condition - blinds should be operable and water should be hot. I was allowed to change rooms, which was great. But then there were broken tiles in the shower - this should not be case when the room rate is almost $400 a night outside the city center. All in all it was a good experience and the lobby is very nice and the staff is excellent.

This was our first time staying here, but it was definitely an enjoyable stay! The room was very neat and clean! We also ate breakfast in the dining area and it was a very pleasant experience! They only had one waitress, but she did an awesome job of taking care of everyone’s order! The food was excellent! We would definitely stay here again!

Overall good ratings. They do not have a pool. Egg white omelette for breakfast was amazing. The room next to mine was noisy from I guess someone using cpap. Overall good experience

Terrible service
There is no kettle in the room, asked for water bottle at front desk and they asked us to pay for it. I refuse to pay and the only gave me 2 tiny bottles of water and no more for the coming few days. I checked out at 5am ish but no one was at the front desk, I tried to look for someone to assist and it turned out the front desk lady was enjoying her cigarette at the entrance and asked me to give her a minute because she needed to take a break. Terrible service and experience. Probably the worst hotel under Marriott Group.

The room appearance and decor was excellent. However, the bed covers showed wrinkles underneath. I changed rooms twice first because I couldn't get the WIFI, then because I couldn't adjust the room temperature. And, the water pressure in the sink was awful.

Property is nice looking. TV never worked properly. When brought to management attention I was told (with a chuckle) "Yeah, they are glitchy." Sent maintenance and they were able to get it to work briefly and then it locked me in their Hotel Marketing Channel for the duration of the stay. When I notified them they offered me a free breakfast. Unless I can watch TV in my cereal I don't need a free breakfast. BTW, most hotels already make breakfast free. Especially when the rate is over $200 per night. So your "ENVOY" program just irritates me now because I had to watch a presentation about it for 2 days. It was like timeshare hell.

Our stay was fantastic. The property is currently being renovated so we understood that meant people working and a construction area in the back. The newly renovated rooms are gorgeous! And the huge tv’s were a great new amenity! The breakfast was a hit as well!

Construction was annoying. Breakfast was good, server was great and really friendly. Parking elevator levels were backwards and confusing. Would revisit when construction is over.
