"This is a very nice hotel that needs some updating. Spaces are large, both public and the individual rooms. The furniture, while somewhat old, is heavy and well built. The bathroom is very nice—new shower, double sinks, but vinyl flooring. Good mirrors in bath and bedroom area. A nice desk and chair as well as an easy chair. Comfortable bed and nice bedding. The TV service is difficult to manage. Ice must be brought up from the kitchen by the one person who works at the check-in desk—not a good situation. The hotel has a very lively bar and restaurant business that appears to serve the local area. There is a large bar, a seafood bistro with a bar, and an elegant dinner restaurant. The hotel lobby has a coffee and pastry breakfast bar with good choices. Carpeting throughout the facility needs to be replaced. It appears that the bars, restaurants, and event venue are the major business streams here, not the hotel. Nevertheless less, we would stay again."

"Everything was clean rooms look good and meticulously cleaned. Only had one problem got my bill in the morning and it had 134 hour charge on it for the restaurant which we were not in there at all we were at a wedding that’s why we went there but when I called Office there, he said he would straighten it out and when I walked by to bring my luggage out, he said he straightened it all out and everything OK hope so"

"The Attican motel is both charming and unique. My granddaughter and I spent the weekend there. The rooms were impeccably clean and it was very quiet. The owners were very pleasant and even sat and talked with the people staying there in the morning while they were getting their coffee and breakfast items. You don't find hospitality like that anymore. We would definitely stay again!"
