« This was our first time in Washington and I would caution everyone to avoid NW if possible. Was convenient to the DC Streetcar however the unit is located almost directly over a liquor store and the walk to it was dicey. I wasn't aware but apparently pot is legal and used openly in public. Would not have brought the kids had I been warned. The unit itself was TINY. We felt pretty safe being on the 3rd floor but it was quite noisy from the traffic and late night partiers across the street....

« Bed advertised as queen but is definitely a full by measurement, pillows were flat, and bedroom curtains blocked no light. This is the prime example of why people stay in their property before renting it out to others. The Wi-Fi also did not work for it entire stay. « Very happy with the location, cleanliness and layout of this property. Perfect for two couples, or in our case, parents with two teenagers. « Bright, modern penthouse in a great location. We really liked it. You get some city noise (e.g. ambulances) but that's to be expected given the location. Only 1.5 blocks to a Metro station so it's easy to get around if you want to save on Ubers. Cleanliness was "good" but not "perfect", hence the one star taken off. Definitely among the better properties even on cleanliness. Smooth check-in and check-out, and good responsiveness from the manager. I would stay there again. »

"Très bel hôtel dans le centre ville de Washington, à 15 minutes à pied de Union Station, 20 du Capitole et 25 de la Maison Blanche. Chambre spacieuse, très confortable et bien décorée. Dommage que nous n’ayons pas pu profiter du rooftop pendant notre séjour, privatisé 2 soirs de suite"

"Contrairement à ce qui est écrit sur la description de Expedia, le personnel à l'accueil ne parle pas espagnol. L'hôtel est bien, le petit-déjeuner, ça va. Mais c'est loin du centre et il n'y a ni navette, ni transport en commun. Il faut prendre un Uber aller et retour pour aller à Washington. Entre 20 et 30 $ le trajet. Si vous avez une voiture, le parking est payant. Le plus : la laverie automatique. Après une semaine de vacances, on a tout notre linge propre pour la 2e semaine."

"Hôtel très agréable et chambres confortables (malgré la literie un peu trop molle). En revanche cet amenity fee de $35/jour est absolument inacceptable - les services prétendument couverts devraient être inclus dans le prix de la chambre comme dans n'importe quel hôtel. Qui facture encore le wifi et une pauvre bouteille d'eau en 2026 ??"
