Clean rooms, friendly staff, quiet rooms, over excellent experience!

The room is very clean. Love the swimming pool

Breakfast complete, good room, only thing to get better is the pillow lol need a better one

it was ok

The breakfast was great, TVs were smart, beds were comfy, wifi was good, and carpets were clean. Would definitely come back.

Great rooms with very friendly staff. Small issue corrected very quickly. Variety of breakfast items with the hot items changing on a three day cycle. Plenty of food options very close.

Chambres rénovées et très propres. Accès faciles.

Clean room, friendly staff, pool and hot tub were great, breakfast was awesome

There was plenty of parking, the staff were quite helpful at the front desk, the cleaning staff did a great job tidying up the room.

It is very close to Universal Studios and offers free parking. There is a 24-hour coffee machine, and bread is provided in the morning. The surrounding area is safe, with various restaurants nearby. In fact, it feels more like a motel than a hotel. However, overall, it was a very satisfying stay. I also appreciate the friendly and professional staff.

This hotel was very nice, we liked the little kitchen, and they had more items available if you needed any other supplies (hot plate, pans etc. I even saw someone else get a blender from the front desk). The indoor pool wasn’t huge, but was a very nice temperature and the hot tub and adjacent outdoor seating and fire pit area was very nice. Breakfast was great! Would stay again.

Very good hotel.

This is an incredible hotel. I think it is brand new and one of the cleanest I have ever been to. We stayed here while visiting Los Angeles and yes it was a bit of a commute but not too bad during non peak traffic. The place is great. Beautiful design. Tons of parking. Incredible gym. Really nice lobby and seating area for breakfast. The pool is beautiful at night and almost never busy. Staff are incredibly nice! Only small issue is how loud the doors are and how think the walls are between...
