"Staff that was there at the time was very nice and helpful. The rooms are subpar. Beds and pillows definitely need updating. Was noisy throughout the night from the traffic. They charge for parking which I feel is ridiculous if you're staying at the hotel. Im usually not that picky, but we won't be going back."

"The location was extremely convenient to the whale watching on Fisherman's Wharf and shops around the area coffee shops restaurants. We loved the antique furniture and atmosphere was welcoming. We will stay there again due to location cleanliness price was right helpful staff."

I called and said i was not charged for anything extra but my credit card was charged extra for 2 rooms that I booked. They said it will be reimbursed after 10days but it’s been more than that and they don’t even know what those charges are for."

"The elevator goes to the third floor but when you get off the elevator, it’s half a level higher than your floor. You have to use the stairs to get to your room! The building needs update. It looks like a fire hazard!"
