"The staff were really nice. A especially the one desk hostess Nola. Super nice when i checked in. Then a big group came in and i was getting snacks. She said it was complimentary since she was busy with the other group. I tried to pay for them but she insisted. Awesome service. Probably wont be coming back to Anaheim but if i do i would stay there again."

We got our room around 6pm (3 hours after regular check in) and it was not the type of room we reserved. We also found an open bag of chips from previous guests. "Great location as we were going to event at Hollywood Bowl - walking distance and wanted to visit some museums and Griffith Observatory and do some hiking in area. Attached to a mall with many eating options. walking distance to an In & Out Burger. Subway station next to hotel with good bus connections. Pool was heated and clean. "
