The property managers were kind. The room was not great. The building and the room were poorly maintained. The room did not appear swept or mopped. The room was not cleaned well, dust and mold were evident. The bedsheets were okay. The towels were okay. There was visible mold behind the toilet and on the curtain above the AC unit. The surrounding area was not great and at night you could hear a man or woman yelling like in a argument or something.

I liked the friendly and professional staff, which greeted you pleasantly. The room was very spacious and clean. There's so many things to walk around and see, and it's in a convenient spot.

very nice room... day after booking online I called & asked via phone with a female voice for a 1st floor room & she said ok she noted my request....arrived late evening the 23rd....no 1st floor available & no notes of my request found per a young man...nice but hey I'm 78 & even though there was an elevator to the 2nd floor I had to maneuver my suitcase up & down 4 steps to my assigned room....simple but really difficult for me.....
