« Personnel parlant anglais, « Albert » a été très clair lors du Check in et serviable! Merci à lui ! Chapeau pour le niveau d’anglais. La vue de l’hôtel est à coupé le souffle. La chambre est assez petite mais au vu de l’énorme taille du lit, pas de raison de s’en plaindre. Confort au maximum. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est vraiment top, métro à deux pas, taxis disponibles quasi immédiatement et très bonne distance pour aller au centre (hongdae). Top ! »

« Nous avions deux chambres. Mauvaises odeurs dans les chambres. Dans la notre la climatisation faisait un bruit horrible et fuyait, le tapis tout mouillé. Pas de papier toilette après nettoyage de la chambre, il faut réclamer pour qu'on remette de l'eau dans le frigo. Serviettes très abîmées, pas digne de cette catégorie d'hôtel. « Un peu déçue du fait que la chambre soit beaucoup trop petite pour 15 jours et qu’il y n’y ai pas de fenêtre donc aucun moyen d’avoir une vrai aération. Ce qui nous a dérangé c’est que nous pouvions entendre le moindre bruit sur la chambre d’à côté. Mis à part ça le personnel a été très agréable que ça soit l’accueil ou le service de ménage »
