« Overall a nice hotel. Nice amenities like the pool, fitness room etc. Food & room service typically good, prompt service. Valet service is highly commendable very polite group of employees and very prompt. Check in was slow. However, the following from my viewpoint could be improved: I dropped an earring & looked under the couch it was very dirty, crumbs etc. Room service food is good but they do forget to include some of the food you order - when brought to their attention they bring it...

Where it fell short wet the amenities which I’ve been accustomed to in my previous stays. It’s a little thing, but when you pay $400 for a hotel room you expect better than 1 ply toilet paper. Their beds are still the best in the business though. Make sure you bring a step stool if you are shorter than 5’2”. The biggest “miss” was the food service. ...
