« Horrible ! J'ai réservé une chambre pour 3, je me retrouve avec mes deux adolescents dans une chambre avec un lit pour deux, impossible de dormir à trois. De plus le personnel de l'accueil était très désagréable, il nous a demandé de payer un supplément de 55€ pour le lit d'appoint. Nous avons refusé puisque la chambre réservée était une chambre pour 3 . Le service client de hôtels.com ne répond pas, les réclamations sur le site n'ont rien donné.
